Unacademy kindly show us other officers as well. A district administration is not run by ips only, there are pps officers as well. Dont ignore them as if they are doing nothing, they too are civil servants. You have not shown any additional sp, and in durg there are 2 additional sp.

Why is a CH car just suspicious? ISn't the whole of India a democracy , or is it like CH is from another country ? No wonder there is a huge mistrust between police and people , becuase of such shit laws . The laws do not follow the natural rules, and police pry on such unknown laws to trap people.
