love the simple design that highlights the wood work. Its a home but also a log home. My change would be to have two master bedrooms so that my family would have a notable experience in a visit . Also love the 8ft garage doors, which my truck would fit. I plan on doing a home in western NC in about one year. Would love to see price estimates.

I know this is an older home but this is definitely our dream home we want to buy property n build a log home or purchase one already done. Can't imagine the cost on this one but I don't need the 2 car garage.

What does something like this home cost? And do you do it from the foundation up? Or would I have to have someone do? The foundation and wiring and plumbing. Please comment back and let me know. This is an extremely gorgeous home only way. I would build one is if I had a wake in front of I could sit out on my front porch and look out at the Lake.

This is honesly not bad cabin , i really love this exspecially Garage its huge i can put a lot of car project to restoration , fixing old cars <3

This is nice looking.
That said, for price, budget, cost, it also looks pricey.
It would seem the style gets a 👍. The innovation of creativity holds, cost expenditure to cost affordability. Thus, as such it seems to purpose, the design appeals to that of a bed and breakfast at center with the interior as that of multiple areas for guests to enter through the main door, the entry into a calm environment, off to their own retreat as to vacation or stay awhile. The land space use around it, also multi purpose, it seems the accents of materials used here can be a variety of materials to reduce cost, maintain the appeal of the design, to retain the 'good bones' a solid foundation. A beautiful vacation retreat, get away, or an all or part year home/rental. 👍👏

How much money if you built this home with only a 1 car garage & no basement and only a 3 or 2 bedroom, with only a front & back deck? Can you send us a magazine with pricing? & do you have kits? And what do you charge to build this?

I love this home. I'm 62 years old, still looking for my lottery home. This would be it. One of my favorite movies, The Hateful Eight, could have been filmed in its entirety inside, except for the kitchen appliances and electric ceiling fans and lights, this is up to par with a luxury home from the Civil War era. Even the Spencer rifle over top the front door. Nothing over the top size wise, and nothing too small. A truly humble, spacious luxury build.
The quality of the detailing displays a humble aura of confidence, that is if logs were to have confidence. I truly wish I could have a free sample of this home.
