How to Set a Low Inventory Alert in Excel : Microsoft Excel Tips

So how do I do this for an entire column? I have column A with actually value and column B has min amount that should be in inventory. Is there a formula I can create to automatically do this or do I have to do each one individually? I have thousands of items ):

What If I want to add a text with it that if a value is below a amount it places a piece of text in another cell?

I am looking to finish my excel spreadsheet. I am doing an inventory spreadsheet. I have min qty, physical inventory, I need a function to say if the physical inventory is = or greater than the min then leave cell blank. If the the physical inventory if lower than the min, then add qty to bring the inventory up to the min.
