i thought i had to download the 64 bit version of mysqlclient, since my windows 8.1 machine is a 64 bit one, then it gave me the "is not a supported wheel for this platform" error, but if i downloaded the 32 bit one (just to test)...it installed normally...i do not know why, i have yet to actually implement the library on code so i cannot say for sure that it works...but it installs fine

PS D:\mySQLconnect> pip install mysqlclient-1.4.6-cp38-cp38-win32.whl
Processing d:\mysqlconnect\mysqlclient-1.4.6-cp38-cp38-win32.whl
ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'D:\\mySQLconnect\\mysqlclient-1.4.6-cp38-cp38-win32.whl'

I had to install Python 3.7.6 (64 bits, cause my PC is x64) and worked like a charm

thanks, I was doing this already and had downloaded everthyign single one, except cp37, 32bit.

ERROR: mysqlclient-1.4.2-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
Can you please suggest the solution
