Deem Roll Tech Ltd. is India's largest roll manufacturer. Since 2003, we have had three fully integrated facilities that include machine shops, foundries, and heat treatment units. Our initial plant is 4000 square metres in the GIDC of Chhatral. Our second facility covers 20000 square metres in Ganeshpura hamlet, and our third covers 12000 square metres in Hooghly, just outside Kolkata. With an annual capacity of 8000 tonnes, we are India's largest roll manufacturer. We provide spheroidal graphitic pearlitic, acicular, indefinite chill cast iron, and double-poured chilled cast iron by manufacturing world-class steel and iron rolls with cutting-edge technology, machinery, and knowledge. Because of our high-quality rolls, we collaborate with foreign HSS Roll and Tungsten Carbide Roll and Ring manufacturers to improve rolling solutions and serve renowned rolling mills in India and beyond.
