Kate sounds like what I had ..Plantar fasciitis .. saw a physio and they told me to get a hard ball, like a hockey or cricket ball and roll your foot over it. It relieves the pain and helps heal it. It worked for me .. 🌻😃

Sounds like plantar fasciitis. It is painful. Try rolling a tennis ball under your foot and icing it in the evening .

Hi, I’ve had problems with my feet and I find the Primark crocs or plastic sliders really amazing (& cheap) for softness, support & comfort. I wear them around the house and on holiday 😊 xx

Love the bunny mug, I bought the chick version. Re your foot problem, it could be plantar fasciitis and if so needs to be treated carefully, I've got it in both feet and it's crippling. Never wear flat flip flops! Calf stretches, taping and supportive shoes can help. Good luck!

Your foot problem sounds like a verruca check for a hard lump on your foot where the pain is you can get treatment from supermarkets or chemists. They are really painful & take a while to get rid of try some good insole’s for your shoes to releave the pressure when you walk . X

It's a shame prices have gone up in poundland and arn't all just £1 anymore. I like their freezer section as have bought a few ice creams or bit at a good price.

I've started using that Oral B toothpaste and I really like it (it's like a gentle face scrub for your teeth!) I also noticed the smaller 75ml tube of it was £1.25? I like the galaxy hot chocolate a lot, they do different ones, my favourite is the 'Frothy' one, haven't seen it in Poundland, but home bargains or the supermarkets usually have it, happy weekend Kate 🤗

You have plantar fasciitis on the ball of your foot..its like walking on a pebble..there are exercises for it ..google search..Will help..
