dude did a download test to show sd card speed...wtf?
ОтветитьNo offense but if you are going to make a test you should use the Sandisk Extreme Pro!!!!
I got the extreme and the extreme pro - and clearly you would want the extreme pro.
And if you are going to see who is king, clearly you take the fastest Sandisk card.
Further if you want more data storage you use 64kb boxes when formating it if it runs exfat. Or you can end up wasting huge amount of space. Now you might very well lose some speed, but you might gain around 200 GB of space on the microSD card as you fill it up.
According to Amazon reviews, people are reporting it dying after just a few days
ОтветитьWhy not the Extreme Pro?
ОтветитьThink I'll buy one just to support the company.
ОтветитьI just put the card into my steam I don’t have to do anything special 😂
ОтветитьI just want an sd card that will not brick.
ОтветитьI was seeing 2 terabyte sd cards online are they legit?
ОтветитьJust curious what is the usable space compared to the SanDisk
ОтветитьThe main reason SD card packaging is like that is to deter theft at retail. Harder to hide a bulky package in your pocket than a little box. Sabrent can get away with it since they're not really in the retail space of like a Walmart or Best Buy.
Ответитьno loading test? just downloading?!
ОтветитьNo question about it - I’ll stick with Sandisk. Also - packaging wise - that’s even more waste than the Sandisk packaging… Even more plastic. Harder for the environment.
ОтветитьI got a samsung pro plus, I think it was rated slightly higher than their other cards but they don’t make them over 512GB. I guess I should try and benchmark it sometime. Once a game is installed I think the read speed is the most important factor. Its too bad the steam deck doesn’t support the UHS-III standard, we would have more options.
Ответитьthank you bro, been wanting to see a review on both of these sd cards
ОтветитьNeed to test sustained read/writes that cause the sd cards to get hot. Sandisks seem to survive a lot longer than other cheaper brands. Not that Sabrent is a cheap brand, I just bought their 512gb nvme drive, so hope not. But definitely something to consider for an sd card.
Ответитьi have the sandisk and am very happy with it. sandisk is a better brand and the sabrent costs more while the performance is basically the same. it is good to see some competition with these larger capacity cards though. right now i'd still buy the sandisk. hopefully the prices will drop soon then i may go with a sabrent if it was considerably cheaper and like M21 Jay says i probably wont buy another card till 2tb versions come out
ОтветитьI want a 2tb nvme 2230
ОтветитьWaiting on a 2tb
