You are inspiring 🥰

ОтветитьIt's not a stigmatism. It is a statistical and biological fact that they are more aggressive.
ОтветитьUnfortunately it's mostly the irresponsible owners that are the problem. I am more afraid of dogs with owners that seem totally inkompetent than of wild tigers.
ОтветитьAmazing attitude. You seem like an awesome human being! Wishing you continued happiness.
ОтветитьYou are amazing! Good luck in all that you do.
Ответитьseth mcfarlane but as a woman
ОтветитьAs a teenager, a friend of mine got attacked by a dog right in front of me. it was a labrador, usually friendly usually use to people around it, but this was a bigger barbeque party and quite crowded at it's home, my friend went to hug the dog from behind, and the dog turned bit her face right in front of my very eyes. She was rushed to emergency and had to have several stitches on her face it was awful. animal control did NOT make the dog owners put the dog to sleep, nor did my friend what want as she knew the dog, and knew this was ore of a fear response due to the crowded area. The only thing that changed, is the dog was locked up when visitors were over. I remember the owner being in disbelief that her dog bit someone and being in shock. Moral of the story is, ANY dog can bite if it feels threatened or is in a corner. I'm a professional dog groomer and all these dogs that "Oh no he doesn't bite" can and will bite in certain circumstances. Not saying that these things existed in this case. No idea why this pitbull bit. It's a very defensive breed, large with jaws like steel that grip and lock. As a groomer I've never been bitten by one. it's the cute little fluffy things that snap! and usually because of owner neglect, the dog is matted, the hair pulls as you try to clip it. Pitties usually only come for a bath and nail trim. Dogs often hate nail trims! As a groomer I have to really read the dogs body language and sus out if I need a muzzle or not. Once... I put a muzzle on a dog, it was a smithfield, and glad I did as it tried to bite me in the face and smacked me in the face with the muzzle. Being bitten in the face is my worse fear as a groomer. Most likely because of what happened as a child to my friend.
Thank you for sharing your story and being so brave to do so. I've been bitten on hand, arm even back of the leg but never the face. that would likely end my dog grooming carreer.
It's crazy how you have to explain yourself to pitbull owners so they don't get offended
ОтветитьI have a problem with pitbulls because I believe in statistics.
Ответитьdog owners shoudl know better, what a fuckn joke
Ответитьwhy WOULD YOU EVEN KISS A PITBULL??????????????????????????????????????????
ОтветитьI didn't know there was a common and generally treatable imperfection in the curvature of the eye that causes blurred distance and near vision against pitbulls! Interesting!
ОтветитьYeah pits have a screw loose sometimes i use to not think so until i had a few of them and there temperaments are all over the range of violent twards a certain things to very bad at perceiving what there protecting.
ОтветитьYou're incredibly sweet and positive, all the best to you and your family!
ОтветитьOnly thing I hate more than pitbulls are the pitbulls advocates, those monsters were created to kill and there's no amount of training for that, even small dogs get crazy sometimes diference is that they can't fuck up someone like bigass pitbulls do, they should be banned everywhere
ОтветитьJust so you know, it's "stigma," not stigmatism.
ОтветитьI don't trust pitbulls or humans.
ОтветитьEven with surgery (and make no mistakes surgeons did an amazing job) her face is (still) all messed up. Crazy how our body is that perfect in design and so hard to repair/fix esthetically.
Ответитьwhen you take a dog and pick the most aggressive dog to be breed and this happens for 20 30 years those dogs get mixed in with the rest, it has nothing to do with the breed but the process of breeding. same thing could happen to any breed
ОтветитьI had an amazing 100 lb pittie princess as we called her. She was super docile with my husband, and myself. When I was pregnant she would often nap with me. As she got older she started to not be so playful. She wanted to nip, and scratch. This was cause for concern, but we thought with enough positive reinforcement of good behavior she would quit. She went from the nips, and scratches to jumping on me. I am 4'11 so when she stood up she was nearly my height. I did not worry until she knocked me down. Even with lots of toys, plenty of land run freely on, and all our love her behavior did not improve. We ended up having to re-home her. I still miss her,and have her photos of my phone. We have not gotten another doggie since her. I used to be an advocate for larger dogs, and say it is all in how they are raised. Well this proved me wrong because our love was no match for sheer aggression.
ОтветитьI WAS WALKING IN A TEXAS BACKROAD, 50 YARDS BACK TO MY HOUSE, TWO PITBULLS SPRINT FROM A HOUSE STRAIGHT TOWARDS ME, I PULLED MY PISTOL OUT AND RUN OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FIELD NEXT TO THE ROAD, I WAS SECONDS FROM BLASTING THEM, WHEN THEY GOT TO THE PAVED ROAD, THEY MADE A U-TURN BACK TO THE HOUSE, WAS I LUCKY, OR WERE THEY LUCKY? THEY SURE GOT TO LIVE TO BARK ABOUT IT
ОтветитьBANANAS ARE NICE
ОтветитьI've had my pitbull going on 3 years now and she's never harmed anyone. She's literally afraid of the rain. I've noticed you never actually explained what you were doing with the dog before it suddenly went at you.
ОтветитьSorry the valley Northridge area!
ОтветитьWhen I lived in and I was working as a teacher one weekend code of like a whining cry at first I didn't know what it was but when I went outside to my horror it was a small child that was in the mouth of a pitbull the Pitbull was shaking the child about and tried to punch down on his head. I remembered what they said about these dogs and the fact that once their victim is in their mouth it's almost impossible for them to get them out without inflicting pain or killing them. So inadequate at the time I didn't know what to do so I started yelling in the hopes of whoever the dog belonged to would come running out to see that their dog was attacking a child. A red inside and called 911 on (before cell phones) my land line and grabbed a base ball bat and ran outside. Another neighbor had heard my screams for help and was running from down the street to aid me! We get to hit the dog violently on the back and the back quarters trying to get him to let loose I knew that he would attack me but I didn't care this poor little child was dangling now in his mouth and he was not moving at all I was afraid he was dead but I don't think he was because once in a while I would hear a whimpering crying out him. Nothing seemed to stop this dog it continued to attack the child finally the police came and they had to shoot him twice to put him down and pry the child out of his mouth. I'm sorry there are certain animals which people do not need to own in a city and one of them is a pitbull!
ОтветитьKeep working hard your energy and beauty matters in this world
ОтветитьYou are a great inspiration. Anyway, I rescued a two year old pitbull 3 days ago and it’s very hard finding someone to adopt him. I want him to live in a great home with a big yard. Wishing you well.
ОтветитьMessed up
ОтветитьSuch positive energy.
Ответитьburcol i be honest with you dogs cannot be trusted they behavior can change at any moment they are aggressive also i have also encounter a dog's i have been bitten also by dog i don't particularly dont care about all dogs i am not interested in the dogs at all.
ОтветитьFK pitbulls and owners who vehemently defend the breed. They are not to be trusted totally unpredictable, even after years of behavioral stability. I feel sorry that you felt compelled to defend these monsters.
ОтветитьIt is not a stigma! DNA. Do your research, please.
ОтветитьU are amazing person 😊
Ответитьpitbulls are trash
ОтветитьYou have a good day as well, Princess.
Ответитьi remember there was one time a dog attached 3 kids and one die from its wounds and the other 2 child was disfigured and the dog was killed instantly on the stop
ОтветитьYour new lip is coming out well I was worried about you so happy that you got the results you have now, Praying for futher recovery and healing! Continue to accept yourself your self-acceptance and confidence is beautiful
ОтветитьPitbull that's been trained for 8 years "snapped". Yeah, pitbulls definitely shouldn't be around any living things.
ОтветитьYou should have been allowed to kill it with your own hands.
Ответитьas someone who still has a small scar on his left cheek from being bitten in the face by a dog as a baby, i still can't imagine how hard it must've been for you to lose your whole lip
ОтветитьWow from your cousin too 😢that’s painful
ОтветитьI’m kinda sad they put the dog down, but happy at the same time. Just so it doesn’t attack anymore innocent people.
ОтветитьPitbull OR Pitbull crosses and derivatives were bred for hundreds of years in England, where these stockily built, big jawed dogs were put in a pit- with a Bull (a male cow) - this was classed as entertainment way back then, as the dogs would have to attack the bull and pull it down. Luckily this horrific barbaric practise was finally outlawed...
Sheepdogs like Kelpies and Coolies- and Cattledogs- were bred for herding sheep or cattle, they are very active breeds and must be exercised a great deal- because they are bred for work- and have been known to herd chickens and children!
I've seen this myself- I have a Kelpie cross who loves to crouch down around the chickens, desperate to herd them up...
So just as working dogs instinctively herd other animals, we say it's "in their blood"... Pitbulls and their derivatives- and crossbreeds- will always snap...even the sweetest and best raised ones have suddenly turned- for no reason... This poor girl- she is so brave and I wish her the very best, I think she'll have a great life despite her horrific injury, because of her wonderful attitude.
Cue the Pitty lovers, but I grew up showing and training dogs, my mother was a dog breeder (Rottweilers, Dachshunds and LC Chihuahuas) and a dog judge, so my opinion is based on facts and experience... Best of luck and love to you Brooklinn. 👍🙏🦋
I feel for bad for her and glad she is recovering, but I feel bad for the dog too. If you watch the incident that she filmed, she was down in the pit bulls face and kissing the side of his mouth, you then finally see him bite her and the video ends. She and other people should not be going down in a dogs face, especially if they are not the owners! The dog always pays the price!
ОтветитьForget the stupid pit, her cousin should be paying her bills for life.
ОтветитьLovely and joyous lady.❤
Ответитьpoor dog
ОтветитьThe doctor did an incredible job. You look great.
