I dont know if thats tournament legal, the Impulsor has the same foorprint as a Battlewagon. With the tracks and dozer blade, you just made a Battlewagon lol.
ОтветитьI find the impulsor also has an identical profile to a battlewagon. I threw a bunch guns on mine
ОтветитьToo big
ОтветитьId like to see a looted Tau or Eldar tank or some other vehicles from those two factions
ОтветитьJesus this pricing are you on the moon?
ОтветитьMy friend (custodes player ) once asked me ( ork player ) why I would strap squigs to every tank, plane, stompa, and bike I said why not?
Ответитьhonestly not orky enough, but really cool regardless
ОтветитьJust finished building an ork trukk and taurox prime kit bash for an ork playing buddy of mine and I’ve never been more proud. Considering it’s my first kit bash it looks epic.
ОтветитьReally awesome conversion!!!
ОтветитьAs a kid I collected orks. I was only interested in making and painting and couldn’t care less about playing
My fave custom models were a ‘grot killa Can’ which I made using an oil barrel from an army man set.
And a double decker war truck.
I think there should have been more done to suggest a shoddy job. Cutting out the old thrusters to fit the space for the tracks, then grafting them directly to the back for example
ОтветитьIt looks friggin awesome! But the free floating bogies, the wheels in the tread, not being attached to anything and just floating in air bugs me.
ОтветитьIncredible work Mike! Love me some Ork conversions 👍
Ответитьthe way the tracks are just glued on doesn't look the best imo, maybe some extra bits to connect them a bit more?
ОтветитьCan't go wrong with an Ork Truk.
Ответить👍. Quality Videos
ОтветитьNut enuf dakka!
ОтветитьVery creative design - I like it!
ОтветитьVery nice! If you were concerned about the width you could have just chopped the engines off even with the side of the hull. After all they aren't being used, right? Also more bits for later lol!!!
ОтветитьBeautiful work, but I have to point out the tracks have no sense of reality or integration into the model at all. Every one of those wheels within the tracks would be connected to or through the chassis with axles -- you can literally see the wheels (especially the front and rear drive/idler wheels) 'floating' on your model.
You might want to check out how real tanks and halftracks are constructed. Your skills are wonderful, but in this instance the tracks really detract from the overall look and it's a pretty simple thing you can avoid in future. I hope you'll take this comment in the spirit it is intended, as constructive criticism.
Looks sick! Only issue is isn’t this way bigger than a normal looted truck?
ОтветитьSorry bro but this don t look Orky at all :( Yes Tracks and weels were a good idea but gosh ! Don t put Marines stuber and radar ! And why this front Shields when you can make it with the junks of the Ork truck…
Put more howl and weld plats on it too.
What if one of the tracks on your next loota was just a big hamster wheel with a bunch of Gretchen in it?
ОтветитьI love the idea of this. Is there another model that you could scavenge and make an even bigger Ork vehicle out of?
ОтветитьWell you've got a new sub great work my man!. I'm always a bit iffy about looted trucks as I think they can quickly just look out of place or over the top but this is a great conversion and something I would fully expect from the orks.
ОтветитьRed ones go FASTA!
ОтветитьYou could have a custom rule for this model where on a role of 6 the pilots are able to activate the anti-grav systems for a few moments, giving it a speed boost
ОтветитьThe finished trukk looks good. I’d love to see you make some Ork terrain
ОтветитьIt looks Battlewagon sized…
ОтветитьWaaaaaaagh!!!!!
ОтветитьFor a new channel, I’m really impressed with the camera work and audio, it’s clear to see that a lot of effort has gone into the setup. Great content as well, subscribed immediately! I’m really looking forward to seeing your channel grow, and being able to gloat that I was there at the beginning. Great stuff!
ОтветитьCould be cool if they left the hover engines that still worked on and replaced the broken ones with tracks
ОтветитьThanks so much to everyone for watching. I'm keen to see your comments as well so feel free to post away. Mike
ОтветитьAmazing detail and a great conversion 👍👍👍
ОтветитьThe way the tank's original viewport and the cutout in the bulldozer blade alighned, i got an idea to cut out the visor and make a sticking out metal cage cockpit, which would be connected to the blade
ОтветитьLike the sand application! Could add it to the treads....
