Work In Ireland, General Employment Permit! Stamp 1 Visa, all you need to know!

Iam a Veterinary Doctor from Pakistan, i have sent my documents to veterinary council of Ireland for registration, if i get registered with it, then i have to find the job, but iam confused that veterinary doctor/surgeon are in which occupation list? I checked the ineligible & critical occupation list but in both of the above veterinary doctor/surgeons is not listed can you please provide me general occupation list?

I wish to work remotely for the same company during my stay in Ireland. I just found out that if it visit Ireland witha tourist visa, i would not be legally allowed to work in Ireland. In this case what can be done? What type of Visa or Work permit do i need to get so that i can work remotely for the same company during my stay in Ireland?
