If you want to visit Norway, I suggest of course, at least a couple days in Oslo, but then some time Vestfold (a county) and also Rogaland (also a county). Don't try to 'do' anything like a checklist, just be some place nice, on even a small hill with some view, look at the North Sea, smell it, vivid dream (more oxygen, possibly trace minerals as well, I dreamed vivid more in 3 months in Rogaland than in 37 years in Ontario). Go for a drive, a walk, a drink, a meal... but don't do anything, just get a feel for the people and hear their voices even if you don't know a word and feel the vibes then re-evaluate and reflect and think, okay, maybe sometime, a checklist to do and see, but only after this. Norway is like no other country in the world and it has a unique mix of genes (U106/R-L48 and I1 mainly), language (Proto-Norse, into modern Norwegian) and culture, music, approach to living, food, everything. It's not perfect but if there is a perfect way for people to live, I've come very close and experienced some of it in Norway. Norse-Samurai in many ways.

They live on what is essentially the top of jagged rocky mountains with little natural resources other than the sea that is storming most of the year yet they have built a civilization that is second to none.
