Sorry to burst your bubble(s), but there was no Apollo 19 & 20. The Saturn V Moon Rocket was huge. The largest rocket that had ever been built and launched at the time. There is literally nowhere on the planet that it could be launched from without someone noticing. Plus, the only place capable of launching it was Cape Canaveral, Florida. Someone definitely would have seen a Saturn V launch.
