Unfortunate to hear The Last Post in background! Technology is fantastic but from industrial experience cameras can be a mixed blessing when it comes to irregular identity. This means you are in the hands of the technician for set up.

The Tap which is a gate valve on your molasses tank could be stuck in so hit it with a hammer it mite open or you will have to take it apart to pull the gate out
