A quick way of doing it is to press Ctrl+Space to "select entire column" then alt+o+c+a, alternatively, you can press Shift+Space to "select entire row"
You can also use VBA to automate many of these tasks. If it's just a single cell you want to adjust, alt+o+c+a is all you need.
