it’s an old iPhone 6 with a very bad battery so I keep it plugged in 24/7 and I only use it as a wake up alarm.
(If I remove the charger the battery will go from 100% to 0% in less than 10 minutes)

REAL ADVICE FOR BATTERY LIFE: lithium ion batteries can discharge roughly a thousand times before they die. So you don't want your lithium ion battery to fully discharge. You want to charge your phone fully, even overnight that's okay, but you don't want to let it discharge. Lithium ion batteries becoming fully depleted hurts the lifespan of the battery. So be sure to only let your battery run down to 20 or 10%, then place it on your charger for as long as you want. Doing this will actually allow your battery to live almost indefinitely, but be sure to check your battery on its back, there is quite often a number that represents how long the battery lives before it dies chemically, due to its composition. Look for an emblem that is shaped like a circle made of two arrows pointing in the same direction, and has a number in the middle of it. This number is most usually the number five. If you have that number on your battery it is designed to last approximately 5 years before the substances in the battery break down and the battery dies. If you do not see this emblem and the number five or seven, then the battery is actually designed to live indefinitely, as long as you do not let it deplete approximately 1,000 times. And for anyone who reads this and thinks that the information is incorrect, this is not being based on my opinion, I actually build tablets out of spare parts and have done an excessive amount of research. This is what that excessive amount of research has taught me. I myself use these tactics, and I'm still using several devices from well over 5 years ago. I have a Samsung Galaxy j3 Prime that I've been using for 7 years and I have never changed its battery.

my tablet automaticly stops charging when battery is full and in settings i made it so it doesnt go down when not using it

Assuming you let it drop to 95% overnight instead of 99% to 100% back and fourth, you still have to charge back that 5% eventually.

I've been charging my tablet every single night when I have to go to bed and it's always 100% when I wake up but I usually sleep almost all day 🤦
