Ethiopian Chicken Skewers – flavor-packed BBQ chicken skewers marinated in aromatic spices.

Ingredients:

2,2 lbs (1 kg) Chicken
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ethiopian chili
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Fenugreek
1/2 tsb Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves

1 Marinate time: 2 Hours
Cooking time: 10 min
