eSpring Filter Change, Above Counter Amway (English)

i use this product for 3-4 years, every time change the filter is my nightmare, lastly i successfully break the pipe now, super difficult to remove the pipes form the cartridge. i give up for this product. Amway should make this product more easier to remove.

Not user friendly at all. Its not easy to remove cartridge from bracket.

Cartridge needs superhuman strength to unscrew, I'm still stuck it's been forever

To remove the old cartridge is damn hard. Pls amway change this old design.

If you have trouble getting hoses in place after changing filter, a SMALL smear of cooking oil on end of tube makes it really easy. Fantastic product.

It looks like very easy to unscrew the cartridge from the bracket, but it isn't in real life...

You forgot to turn off the water before anything you gotta do that
