Big B , ABC should do a better machine job on these big props as they need precision fit as needed by the forces in play . They should send you another prop.

Q: what is the strategy for switching from Carbon dust or sheet and Epoxy combo to fiberglass and Epoxy combo ?

Those props are crap

I just experienced the same prop issue. If you put that prop on your balancer it is probably really off. I wished i lived closer as i can fix that.

Really don't know, bit its about 66mm prop. If a 42 size motor can spin +50mm, i would think these beast motors have no issues spinning a 66mm. They were like 12kw if i remembered correct.
Probably takes a good amount of hours to balance these.
