İ've lost my passport now İ got new one. When İ'm updating details its asking name change evidence of but my name is same on old and new passport. What should İ do

I dont have immi account access bcoz my partner apply my spouse visa and now he want to over our relationship and stole my passport. Im again apply new passport and fill 929 form for link my visa but i dont know he can withdraw my file or not yet

Today I wanted update my passport, but after inputting my new information, two different attachments asked me. The one was traveling document, and the second was change of name, evidence of .
I just renewed my passport because of expiration date. So what should I attach for the second attachment?

Hi Nick! How do we know that my visa is linked to my new passport after submitting the application? I received an automated email saying they have received my application and it would take around 48 hours to update it. So will I receive another final email saying that my visa is successfully linked to my new passport? Or will they provide a new Visa document? Thanks 😊

Change of email address details
Change of migration agent, legal practitioner or authorised recipient
Notification of changes in circumstances
Notification of incorrect answer(s)

Hi Nick, great video! I am applying for a RRV for my kids. Their passports are different from when we first got their visas in 2012. When we apply for their RRVs, can we just apply with the new passports or will that trigger some kind of mismatch from the original application, etc? There does not seem to be any way to update their information online as when I log on, it is just my name etc.. Hope this make sense--thanks for your time! :)

When reasons for changin passport information is made, immi portal does not have the option for having changed the citizenship and got passport from new citizenship. If not available, what reason should be selected?

Hi there, my passport was damaged so I got a new one. I submitted an application on my current Visa to update the detail. After 2 days, I can see that the VEVO shows the new passport info. However, I cannot use this new passport to apply for a new visa using ImmiAccount while using the old passport work. What should I do?

Hi Nick, do the new passport need to be certified. Or, we can just scan or upload the biopage of passport as it is.

Hello All, I just went through the Immi Portal and followed the above steps. In my case it was a lost passport. I did not received the email straight away., I receieved it after 2 working days. Hope this helps :)

The layout in the Immi portal is a bit different - there's no menu on the left initially. You can expand your visa section on the right first, and then there is a small Update Details link beneath it once you expand the section. Or if you click the title of the visa you go into the next detail screen which has the menu on the left as you show on the video.Took me a moment to see it, so might be worth updating the vid or description
