Mine wont connect to the ICUE Software and wont light up

Could not unistall the brackets had to order some old ones and they wont be here until 2 fucking weeks, corsair why did you have to change this??

I am using the AM4 bracket that came with my mobo. Put the stand offs in and the y are very lose. How do you fix this

I have a r5 7600x oc 5.3 ghz and I think I have a problem, I have 85° C at 80-100% usage and 50° idle while my cpu is at 88° (5 mins stress test) my cpu cooling is at 36°, I screwed the screws as best as possible. When I turn off Cpu z my cpu has 53 degres after 20 sec. Someone in my case ?

Why is there no manual included for the H100i RGB ELITE? Nothing in box, and no manual on the product page under downloads or support tab.

The usb-c plug… Riiight right because mine came with that. Why are there so many variations of the same product? My pump only came with a 3-pin for the cpu path and a 4-pin for the pump. Provides 0 RGB to the pump.

This is nothing like the h60x, all the wiring totally different

Ive got the H100i and I’m having a lot of trouble with it because of it constantly saying the pump is failing even though I just bought it and installed it through this video, I don’t even know what to do anymore

My H100x RGB Elite came with 3 sets of Intel standoffs and I'm not sure which to use with LGA 1700 socket. One standoff is small (about 8mm body length) with a short wider screw on one side that I believe if LGA 2033. However, the other two are about 10mm (body) and 11mm (body) respectively and have thin screws on either side. I'm guessing one of these is the 1700 compatibility kit but none of these are labelled.

Im having a heck of a time installing this. I dont have any usb c plug into the motherboard. I'm assuming there's different versions of this cooler? I might have to go back and use my old liquid cooler because this one does not seem to have everything it needs.

Guys you might need to people to install this Cooler the standoffs are fucking tiny mate so you need to keep the backplate pressed so u can screw it on

there's no instruction manual and scanning the QR code on the box that says it goes to the manual actually just takes you to the web page advertising the item you've just bought, which is not at all helpful. I got it installed and figured it out but I'm really surprised how completely unhelpful Corsair is in regards to installing their own product.

Everything is installed correctly so why will my H60X not show up in iCUE?

It good info but some wish it was a bit a little slower when talking about connecting all the wire. Some us are not that PC Savy.

You guys should totally ship with instructions, instead of 1 video that covers 3 products each with different wires. Also maybe make your wires actually work? I’ve spent $700 on coolers from you this month and still don’t have a working PC. The LCD series is riddled with hardware issues and Corsair support is the biggest joke I’ve ever heard

is there a way to set Pump speed to something lower without the huge 1 gigabyte iCue-Softtware? I've got a brand new PC and the pump is set to full-speed (DC) in Bios. Can i safely change that to something lower? Or is that ill advised?

I have an H60x icue Elite. There's nowhere where I can plug any USB-C cable on it. I could not find any good documentation and quite disappointed that Corsair could not release a good tutorial or documentation. I have already placed the cooler on my CPU now. I see a little plastic with a cross, probably for a screwdriver but now that the cooler is on the mobo, it's not possible to reach that plastic thing. Anyone knows what's that plastic thing with the cross and why that exists?

Tried reaching out to Corsair to ask about the AM4 cpu bracket being slightly loose when installing the am4 brackets, couldn't get to a person. Was on hold for an hour and the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System told me after holding for all that time to call back later or send an email & hung up on me. Corsair really really really needs to hire more staff for their call centers & pay a wage fair to the complexity of the devices they sell.

I wonder how did you manage to install the four pump screws without backplate kickback problem. did you start over and cut in the video? it is impossible to screw the pump if the back plate is not fixed. a comment helped us. the person is not sure why you missed something. I never realized the rubber corners on the fans were there to let us know when to stop pushing deeper with screw… I think I need to open up my case and unscrew them a little.
