I see life as full of problems and troubles yet I was brought here, I'm thankful for the experience, yet I would've been fine if I didn't but now I am excited to see what's on the other side when my time ends. 🙏 I was born a Catholic, then I read the bible and became a born again Christian, and was disappointed again and became an atheist, but I've discovered Sadhguro and now I see everything clearer.

The Jewish culture has it right their women and mothers are taught with strict rules what and how much to eat

As we speak my daughter in law is dishing KFC chicken and chips up with her fingers licking in between for her family. Her children is 6 and 4 she and her husband is obese the kids not yet. Because they are not fed often enough to grow fat and they vomit at least once a week. Oh it’s a disgusting disgrace

Mothers around the globe makes their children ill through junk food and drink and now inactive lifestyles

Put all mothers through a mandatory training course of feeding her family well and how much sleep, exercise and fresh air is required for healthy living. Without them passing this exam their children from age 2 will be taken away at sunrise till sunset to provide the correct feeding and other necessities for living

The medical profession created its own burnout. This started with them promising people they can give them a pill for all that bothers them. Wether for heartburn from overeating to headaches from eating wrong or many other problems. Now people go for the quick fix of a pill or cut it off or out if it’s bothersome.

Whenever I feel sad, angry or purposeless I watch speeches of Sadhguru to help me see clearly again 🙏
