Idk if you guys know about this, but this kind of " long banner timer" isn't totally new for miHoYo. In fact, if there are any early Honkai Impact 3 player here they may confirm, that, in Honkai Impact 3 what you may now call the standard banner, once had a timer of 3200+ days (as I remember). The timer was probably for 10 years from when it began, that'd be 3650 days (this was back in 2018). It didn't include any S rank character (as far as I remember). The timer was eventually removed and the banner was later changed into what it is now.

I got one ayaka and one qiqi out of the 240 days💀

Also me - i speedrun getting primogems and event trying to participate to get primogems,welkin,etc to get Ayaka for lil sis to enjoy Jenshin but in the end i get c1 Diluc,Jean no drip & no lyfe after i stop doing pulls for anyone including "lil sis" i mention

This happened when me and my friend were at school, we were both extremely confused ☠ she managed to get ayaka thanks to the extra month but I couldn’t since I was a ftp back then and couldn’t collect enough wishes after losing. I couldn’t get her last banner either because I lost again L, ig I'm just not supposed to have ayaka (skill issue fr)

I’m happy about the delay because around that time my phone broke and I wouldn’t have gotten Ayaka (she’s one of my favourite characters) without the delay lol-

Lets be honest the only reason Genshin impact makes that much is because they make you pity every character, make you buy Primos just to get a character, and make primos expensive AF.
