jan 24 : i did once in the evening. it definitely burnt and i had to take breaks. i’m bloated so i can’t see much change right now.

day 1: burned a lot, i had to take a few breaks/do different exercises while i was tired, still made it through though
day 2: wasnt as hard, still burned

Doing this for a week
Day 1: it was SO HARD I had some brakes while she was doing the exercises cause I could feel the burn but I'M NOT GIVING UP ❤also I drank some water
Day 2: it was kind of hard I also have muscle soreness, I took some brakes but I feel fresh
Day 3: it was way easyer than the first day, in the morning there is a little difference but you can see it if you look really close 🎉
Day 4: I forgot
Day 5: could definitely feel the burn. Did it 2 times😅
Day 6: WOAH tbh it was harder than day 5 idk why and I couldn't do all of them but I'm still proud of myself. Tomorrow I will tell you guys if I can see any difference (in the morning)
Day 7: ✅
Today is day 8 and I definitely can see some difference on my upper belly. My lower belly is not gone but it's smaller. I will still do this workout and after some time I will update 😁

day 1: holy shi that was hard asf, but got through all of the workouts !
day 2: my abs feeel amazing !!!
day 3: had to do it a little later, break tmrw !!

day 5: did it at my grams, was easier !

Day 1: Started off strong and felt little burns and then felt intense burns near the end. No changes yet!❤
Day 2: Same like one but towards the end, it was a tad bit easier. No changes other than going from 158.6 lbs to 152.4 lbs❤❤

My current weight: 59 kg
Day 1 - it was rlly good, difficult but fine
Day 2 - it was more difficult, I had to take lil breaks, (unlike the first day, I didn't take any breaks lol)
Day 3 - it was a little easier, still felt those sore muscles of mine tho
Day 4 - did it, I don't rlly see a big difference tho, but that's just a yet
Day 5 & 6 - complete! I see a little bit of differennce

Day1 it was hard my lower stomach and the upper part of my legs were hurting no results showing Ofc day 1 ✅
Day2 it was hard still my lower stomach and upper thighs were hurting but at the last one it didn’t hurt idk maybe I didn’t do it properly my arms hurt a lot still no results btw I do it twice a day .Day2✅
Day3 it was getting a bit easier i did. this while i had a headache so I don’t think i did. my best but I still felt a burn still no changes some of the exercise i didn’t have to take small breaks witch I’m really proud of and also I still eat the same food just smaller amount’s
Day4 the laying down exercises were easy but the ones were u hält s ur hands were a bit hard no changes stomach still sore later I will do the exercises again and after look in the mirror and see if there are any changes if u have any questions share in comments . Day4✅
