ОтветитьWhat if some of the screws are stripped, I tried using a thick and thin rubber band to try to grip the edges but it didn't work, how do I remove the stripped screws?
Ответитьlol
ОтветитьIt's cool to see the intuition you have developed for fixing electronics. Very well done.
Ответитьhave Samsung UN55JS9000FXZA, i have back light on and audio but there is no picture. I recently replaced the T-Con purchased on ebay, yet it has not change. I noticed when one connect box is connected to main board, it draws power and the tv switched off and on. I need your technical advice if the tv is worth rescue. Thanks
ОтветитьI just wanted to say I learn how to work on flat screens by watching this man's videos and I thank him so much for the knowledge he's giving me I was able to go by a 55 inch flat screen and repair it now I have $55 in it and I love my TV nothing beats a TV for a dollar an inch thank you so much.
ОтветитьWell Done on your repair i wish you a happy new year!

ОтветитьThe ribbon cables holding on the back were also for the IR Transmitter/Receiver... not just the battery and shoulder buttons.
ОтветитьIsopropyl alcohol is conductive, it just evaporates really fast (and completely) after displacing water and other contaminates.
ОтветитьThe screws in the cover were designed to be "captive" so that users won't lose them when changing batteries.
ОтветитьNice info as always. 👍
