The US version of BODMAS is PEMDAS which stands for
P: Parenthesis
E: Exponents
M: Multiplication
D: Division
A: Addition
S: Subtraction
multiplication and division are calculated depending on which comes first when reading an equation from the left, and then the same for addition and subtraction. Hope this helps anyone from the US who didn't know what the instructor was talking about with BODMAS or PIDMAS

Hiya should I do this course of the newer 12 hour one?

I remember PEDMAS not BODMAS but it's the same thing. Parentheses/Brackets first, Exponents/Orders second, division/multiplication third (that is from left to right), and the last step is to add and subtract from left to right.

How do I get my rows to be highlighted different shades so its easier to look across the columns and rows? I figured some way out, but when I sorted the columns it got all messed up

Far too slow going. Why do people make these super slow going videos. Make a step by step video where the viewer can go along with, and pause and rewind when needed. So much nonsense in this video. It can be edited down to 10% the length and still give the same info.

Thank you so much! I thought excel was going to be the same as google sheets but I had so much trouble switching over easily so this was such a helpful video!
Also in the US, I don't know about now, but when I was in middle school 10 years ago we learned PEMDAS (or GEMDAS) and were told to think of Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally to remember PEMDAS. My partner who grew up on the other side of the country had this experience as well
