ОтветитьGood afternoon, Kassandra! I discovered you on the web while searching for excercises to help with hip/joint pain. I have tried different ones of your videos; mainly the intermediate yoga practice and mediation. Here is my issue: My knees are beginning to hurt and my wrists. I've tried to alternate between the different yoga poses. I have a yoga mat and another thicker mat. What I think is happening is that I'm doing it for too long. I don't know. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate. I cannot believe that I am just now at 58 years old beginning to realize that stretching and excercising is very important as we age. I'm glad I found you. 🙂

ОтветитьI loved it. I suffer from my feet getting cramps in them a lot when i stretch them out in clilds pose. really anytime i point my toes i get them.... any suggestions?

ОтветитьThankyou Kassandra, at 70 years old and no longer able to ride i need something to keep me flexible and muscles stronger. i love your classes and have been doing them for 3 weeks now. i am very stiff in my hips and back due to an accident 40 yrs agowere i fractured my spine . If i dont keep strong my mobility is affected. i am in constant pain BUT Yoga is amazing and enlightening. i realise i am woefully onesided, I wish i had realised Yoga was so good, I might have had better dressage results and a happier horse.
I am a beginer at Yoga so when do you know when you are ready to move uo to do diffent classes that you show on the website.
Once again I have to say thankyou for spreading you knowledge I really enjoy Yoga and realise it is so important for you physically and mentally.

ОтветитьBeginner classes are always welcome even for non beginners. We love the slower pace and your tips on refinement too. Also love the no music background. This class is a staple. I think we almost know it by heart!
