Does anyone know how to convert comtac 3 for left hand shooter? I am a left hand shooter and when I shoot, the buttstock touches the volume buttons switching off the headset!

You DON'T need an "alligator wrench", as you simply rotate the ear muff through 90°, so it'll easily pop out of the clip and easily pop back in again. The bearing that the clip goes onto isn't round; it's got two flats, so the clip easily slides on/off. Using an alligator wrench suggests he's forcing the clip and he could easily damage it. Those clips should pop on/off with ease.

Will this work to convert a Peltor Comtac VI with no down line?

Essentially a Swatac version into a coms capable version. I want to connect a baofeng (2 pin kenwood) type connection radio to a Comtac VI that only has one plug for the mic.

I have brand new peltor contact xpi. But my down cable is a 5 pin din not a jac plug!!!!!!

Ive seen peltor soundtrap and peltor tactical 6, they both have the a similar plug on the comtacs. So can this kit work with the soundtrap and tactical 6? Any help would be useful
