I got into Goggins early in 2017 before he REALLY blew up and became the figure he is today. It 100% changed my life.

The amount of people that lead better lives now because of ONE man’s inspiration is insane.

This heart condition explains a lot. Those doctors did not know because they were not expert on that field. The blood full of CO2 helps you suffer the pain and endure more muscle work. It happens naturally.

In 2021 I had to undergo a surgery on my feet. It was injured so badly. Doctor said that it would take more than 1 year to recover. After a surgery it was freaking bad days of my life. I lost my job and my loving girlfriend. I was depressed and unmotivated. But everything changed when I started to read can't hurt me. I pushed myself every single day. After 3 month I departed to another country to earn and develop. I run to marathons finished 🏁 successfully. It was awesome even though my toes were bleeding during the race I pushed pushed myself and self talk. Nowadays I possess strong Mindset and body. Thank you David Goggins you unleashed a beast which was sleeping in me. Stay hard ✊
