Only PSUs and central govt pays well in India but Indian private companies are not worth it. Foreign product companies also pay handsomely even foreign banks like Bank America offer engineers 13LPA and all also not to forget Product based companies.

I like private sector rather than government jobs because in government jobs no rewards no motivation of individual. .in private the person became expressive and hard working

Job Security is the only reason for which I preffer Government Jobs otherwise Private Jobs are better in all other aspects apart from Job Security even The Pension is no more....
