✅|| Day 1 || I felt so much pain in my thighs. The pain also meet me on the seal stretch! 😓
✅|| Day 2 || Felt ALOT of paint in legs, but i could do leg kicks a lityle bit higher 🥲

ОтветитьI'm trying to get the splits and my leg hold by the end of the year so I can hopefully get onto the cheer team. It's september 10 right now, reply to ask about my progress. Oh yeah, by year I mean school year which is in may, but I think tryouts are going to be in April so that's my goal date! Wish me luck!
