once I've completely this I'm going to incorporate hip flexibility on top of this program for a extra week

I've been doing your stretching routines for over a year now and I'm so proud to say that I went from couldn't touch my toes to extremely high oversplits I go to an art and dance school and I've gotten the award of the most flexible person! I'm the begginer person here! I'll keep you guys updated :3 🤍
✅|| Day 1 || I felt so much pain in my thighs. The pain also meet me on the seal stretch! 😓
✅|| Day 2 || Felt ALOT of paint in legs, but i could do leg kicks a lityle bit higher 🥲
✅|| Day 3 || I was felling better after the morning 😊

I'm trying to get the splits and my leg hold by the end of the year so I can hopefully get onto the cheer team. It's september 10 right now, reply to ask about my progress. Oh yeah, by year I mean school year which is in may, but I think tryouts are going to be in April so that's my goal date! Wish me luck!
