ОтветитьQuestion 🤚 using the hard money strategy don't you still have to come out of pocket and put your own money down? I saw where hard money lenders were only doing 70-75 percent loan to value. I found some that will finance 100 percent of the deals. But it seems like you need to have a track record to work with those lenders before they give you anything. Which is only fair. And What's up with the mentor program?
