I’m sorry if I’m the only one but, is the fact that they included a Saturday morning cartoon character like Krypto turn anybody else off about this movie? I’m not sure how I feel about all the characters they’ve included but, Krypto definitely feels like a reach for a live action movie….. Am I the only person who probably won’t go see this movie just because of that? I feel like it’s like adding the wonder twins and Gleek. Not really supposed to be part of the real timeline. They were created to attract a really young audience.

Looks like so much love and passion went into this. Just for that I will definitely watch it

Ever since Christopher Reeves played Superman DC has never recreated the character
All they do is try to copy what Christopher Reeves did, yet no one can do Christopher Reeves better than Christopher Reeves
And that is why Superman movies suck
DC had one chance to bring Superman back with Nicolas Cage and they blew it

Same thing with Batman movies
All the actors are trying to be like Michael Keaton's Batman yeah there is only one

There's a reason Marvel movies are so successful
Every time a new actor plays a role for a superhero it's reimagined it's never the same role as the actor that played prior
Marvel always reimagines their characters and creates them from scratch
But Marvel also has better writers and better superheroes anyways
All DC really has is lobo
And there's only one Person that could ever play lobo good and he's not a part of Hollywood

I am so excited! My superman was christopher reeves. (I loved early Smallville too) but i never liked cavill's superman. I am so excited. This looks amazing!! Crypto is so a dog with its person. As a dog person, this made me smile. The suit, the colors, the fortress. Gosh. I've collected superman memorabilia for years, my whole house is a mix of superman (me) and star wars (hubby).

Never imagined Krypto to be this silly, nor did i think I'd see Superman bleeding for 90% of a trailer 😂

I watched 3 trailers for this film and it still did not interest me in watching yet another Superman movie. The big question is, will people who have seen all the previous Superman movies pay again to watch another? I doubt it. Looks like a bunch more special effects and a lame love affair.

I think I like the overall tone and feelings that this movie is pointing towards, which is general hope and optimism.

Ultimately the most important thing this movie has to do is not only be a spectacular SuperMan movie, but be a movie that changes the fortunes of the DC cinematic movie.

A lot is riding on this movie to be a major success.

I can honestly say that Henry Cavill was an excellent Superman, and it sucks that he won't play the character anymore. That said, I'm still excited for this new take on the Man of Steel and will be at the theater to watch it without any pre-judgements.
