If you watched the entire episode, Kim's parents and Khloe are alike in personalities - The mom and dad has had it with the ferals circling their property, and Khloe was echoing the parents' feelings. Since the feral numbers have gone down, it made happier parents and happier cat (Khloe).

Here's my question, how long is neutering animals going to be good until the animals begin to depopulate? Like I get the importance of it, but if we're just going to trust breeders how can we trust them to know what they're doing and not turn into puppy or kitten mills instead of just allowing the animals to breed naturally?

That is so awesome that Kim will pay this forward, and help so many more cats. TNR is not an easy thing to pull off, as there's lots to consider (nursing/pregnant, kittens somewhere that need her, what if FLV, etc) so any and all help is appreciated.
