Starmie's MUGEN Roster Updated 4-9

I decided to move computers so that MUGEN won't crash a lot anymore. And I've decided to get rid of many junk characters or clone characters so here is my roster updated. Also I got new characters.

I also have an Excel of it first column = row 1 2nd column = row 2 and so forth; though I think it's complicated to read for some people
