Felt so bad for Tate when he missed the first buck.. I remember missing a buck at around his age and reacted the same way. What’s important is to learn from it and get back out there!

This is why I hunt. The tradition started with my father. Been passed on to my kids. We don't have the big boys where we hunt, but every kill is special. Loved seeing this.

I know that feeling of missing my first buck I was about 7 years old and my dad took me out and promised me a buck I saw a nice 8 point and just shot a little to high. It sucks at first but a great experience im now 21 and have shot amazing deer and with and without my dad great outdoor sport !

When I was a kid and I went deer hunting and I was bored I would just take a nap it worked every time lol 😂

i love hunting with my dad when i killed my first deer we thought i got a gut shot but as we found it turned out perfect dubble lung shot little 5 point this year big 4 point so many great memorys to remeber
