For Angular 13+ users, it would seem form control is a little different. Change "messageForm.controls.name.errors" to "messageForm.controls['name'].errors" and all the subsequent errors (name, required and message).

Can we read directory listing in angular 7? I want to read whatever html files available under .../assets/.. and load the multiselect dropdown. Want to confirm 'fs' does not work with browser-side code. Thanking you in advance. I have already learned a lot from your this tutorial.
