Hi, this doesn't help fix the pelvic belt. And as you lean off of your stronger leg, your stronger side of your abdomen takes the pressure off, making your body more uneven. Take this from a man who, after literal years of intense training, still cannot EVEN OUT HID GODDAAAAAAAMN MUSCLE STRUCTURRRRRRREE!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAARHRRHGHHHHHH!!!!!

I just tried this at work cause my left leg is weaker. Almost fell. Tried it on my right leg and had no problem

hi rachel i can really feel the burn in my leg but quick question, i’m a soccer player and i want to be able to use both feet, like for shooting, passing, dribbling, you know all that, and so i want to know if these exercises well help me so that way my weak leg doesn’t feel loose

Most people with a weak leg(s) also have balance problems & attempting to do this could result in a fall, which could quite possibly break a hip, leg, vertebrae or other bone. Since you are not a licensed PT, you might not want to instruct people on such matters.

Thank you Ms. Richards for this excellent exercise! This literally has changed my life!
THIS EXERCISE INSTANTANEOUSLY REALIGNED MY RIGHT LET TO MY HIP! It's hard to believe, my pain is gone!

I've been experiencing hip pain on my right side for about 7 years. I believe it started by emotional stress and I subconsciously started walking with a limp. Even though I had no physical cause for this. The pain seems to flare up when I'm stressed out. During those years, no doctors or chiropractors ever recommended this exercise!

I've been to a hip doctor and he recommended a hip replacement. I didn't do the surgery. Instead I started using Glucosamine Chondroitin tablets to rebuild the joint and alleviate the pain. They did help but occasionally the pain recurs.

My right leg muscles have actually noticeably atrophied after years of walking improperly. So last night, I searched for videos to strengthen only one leg. Then I found your video! I will continue to use your video and other videos to target and strengthen certain muscle groups in my leg.

My left leg is really weak after recovery from teally bad Sciatica pins and needles down the leg


Now only very minor tingling but i can only last 5 seconds max on that left leg lol

As a basketball player i have a problem with the vertical jump specially my left leg is weak thanks for the tips❤️

I tore my acl and loss muscle while being in bed my right side is a 1nch bigger in arm and leg.
