My Level 2 Fiverr Account Disabled | What To Do Now?

My Fiverr account is under review and disabled nearly 6 months ago for having multiple accounts. But I never use multiple accounts. In 2020 I created an account without any knowledge ( I created it with my mobile phone ). I didn't remember when I create this. After checking my mail in 2022 I understood that I was created an account with some inaccurate information that I can't change. So, I thought a fresh start will be good. So I requested to Fiverr for disabled my old account and after they disabled my old account. I created my new professional account in 2022. After struggling more then 1year, when I start getting good amount of order Fiverr under review my account. It happened nearly 8 months ago. I ask them for specified details why my account was suspended but they didn't mention the actual reason. After 60 days they disabled my account. After that I message them form another Gamil and ask for the reason. That time they tell me my account is under review and disabled cause of having multiple accounts. After that I contacted with them many times. Show them all the proof that I didn't use multiple accounts. They review my account multiple times but they didn't reactive my account. After that, I started learning the TOS and guideline properly. Also, I talk with some fiverr expert to understand this. After that I understood the decision of disablement of my account is unfair. So I reappeal again recently, and they are aging review my account multiple times, but they didn't reactive my account. Please let me know what should I do and tell me if you know any possible way to reactive my account.

My account was disabled nearly 6 months ago for having multiple accounts. They never asked me for NID verification, and I didn't add my NID to the disabled account. Can I create a new account using my NID information since it wasn't linked to my previous account? I will also use a different Payoneer account and the name on the new account will match my NID, which is different from the nickname I used on the previous account. Will I be able to do this without facing any issues?

bro same happened to me. My account has same earning as of your account and total 210 orders completed. My account got under review because of spamming I messaged my old clients for new work. I wasn't aware of this TOS that we cannot message in such a way. So I have a question should I wait for review period to be completed, or make a new account. Is there a chance to recover my account
