I keep getting duplicates in Tableau When I Join Data [SOLVED]

And if it was a left join the same thing would be happening where you get duplicate rows?

Okay... the part we need to know is how to STOP this from happening. This is obviously not the behaivor that is desired when doing a join. Everyone keeps saying to do complicated Fixed LOD calculations for every single field. Holy hell! I just want to bring over data from a second table, do I have to go to excel and do index-matches instead?

An important observation is that the default joining method now in Tableau is called "Relationship" not "Blend". Blend is a "join" at an aggregated level.

Could I please ask the solution to avoid or remove the duplicate rows from left join? Thank you.

What are the cases when we don't get to see this option in our data menu in our data source and what are the case we do?
