Thank you for posting these races! At the speeds these boats are sailing at I think the distances they race should be considerably longer, but it is fun to watch!
my opinion 🦂🥂⛵
US is always making their last turn before the mark too late. They could have turned earlier a few times and still made the mark. Thats where they keep losing ground.
ОтветитьPlease mute the crew chatter when the announcers are talking . .One at a time!
ОтветитьPretty much bullshit that Sail GP keep NZ on the dock waiting round for a new rig.
Still, since the event owns most of the teams anyway I guess it doesn’t make a lot of difference.
Was the NZ wing the same one that was struck by lightning in Singapore? If so, could that have delaminated the carbon fibre?
ОтветитьSail GP is being cagey about NZ's dismasting. "The wing came out of alinement." We could see that in the video. They are still not saying why.
ОтветитьWhat happened to Team New Zealand 🇳🇿 can someone please tell me??
ОтветитьWhy is the sound level low?
ОтветитьThe British commentator is awful, he constantly tries to show his guests that he knows best when in actual fact he is an amateur.
ОтветитьGreat racing. Thanks for uploading.
ОтветитьBe good if we heard more cocerning events in the race.........German and American incidents as an example
ОтветитьRace 3 Australia are NOT early according to this footage...the clock says 0s and every part of the green boat is behind the line.
Ответитьthe director really needs to improve which boat and what time; they were many bad calls on the broadcasting. Also, when there is an injury, it is kind of nice to give an update and try to provide updates. I think the broadcaster needs to improve it's game
ОтветитьHow long does the wrap last and what is the savinng over tape and cling film , I’d suggest none . An absolute pr bs exercise when these boats and teams fly around the world owners arrive and leave on private jets super yachts ring the course and well heeled spectator’s are fed and entertained in temporary venues also moved from venue to venue . Not to mention the camera crews , everyone drinking bottle water , and any EVs being charged by diesel generators . Just accept you are not I the least serious about climate change and why would you be with global temps dropping since 2020 , and the whole premise is to exert control by the elites on the proletariat.
ОтветитьGutted TNZ isnt in this regatta...
ОтветитьWrong core_@m ~
ОтветитьI wonder who thought it was a good idea to have two boats and the commentators speak at the same time.
Ответитьcan't belive i missed it
ОтветитьApparently, team USA didn’t learn their lesson from last year regarding leadership
ОтветитьI though some of the sustainability stuff was just a bit of feelgood green-washing, but honestly that fairing repair solution is actually practical in more situations than race boats.
ОтветитьFor good sake, get Spithill out of the damn boat. We've seen what he is and these just are not the boats for him. For a super aggressive starting specialist, where is he in almost every start? Tail end of the fleet. And the start is EVERYTHING in these races. It's embarrassing.
ОтветитьIf NZL gets 5 pts due to a mechanical failure why doesn't GER get the same 5 points?
ОтветитьIt's Tàranto, not Tarànto.
ОтветитьThe American team is consistently outsailed, At the starti perhaps most of all. Even with fair starts, they tend to finish further back.
ОтветитьThe trouble with carbon fibre is that when it fails it fails suddenly and without warning. Pretty scary with the forces involved with these F50s - that NZ accident was a shocker. It's only a matter of time till someone is hurt, I'm afraid. But without CF this kind of performance wouldn't be possible so I guess the risk simply comes with the turf...
ОтветитьMight as well have all Jimmy's mail forwarded c/o 7th place, because every race he freaking LIVES there...
Ответитьgreat race
ОтветитьWELCOME TO MEDITERAN,SOUTH WIND IS PIECE OF 🍰 ,TOMOROW GUSTY BURA
ОтветитьMediocre Robertson does his thing on the Med!
ОтветитьВ третьем старте Австралийцы специально так сделали? Это не по спортивному
ОтветитьGood Luck Team USA
ОтветитьI predict the U.S. coming in as close to 9th or 10th as possible
ОтветитьWhat happened to Germany?
ОтветитьHorrifying! One minute you can see hans standing there, then the hull dips and he's just gone. Scary stuff, is he okay!?!
ОтветитьTerribly /bad sound!
ОтветитьWha? Taranto is in Canada, right? Aha! I get it...,I recently asked an Italian from Campobasso how to pronounce Taranto...,she said it's tah-rahn-TO...,well, let's see
ОтветитьWhat the teams seem to not have learnt yet. When you rattle Tom he falls apart.
ОтветитьLove this sport very exciting
Well done Team GB 👍🇬🇧
Jimmy sucks
ОтветитьThe start of Race 3 is sensational :)
ОтветитьHope everyone on the American boat is okay!
ОтветитьAmazing racing, I saw up to 42 knots on the display! Peter Burling’s a pretty good commentator even though I know he’d rather be out on the racecourse.
I hope Hans Henken ends up okay, I met his sister at the NYC 2019 event.
Totally unbearable commentating. talking heads with empty brains
ОтветитьWhat’s the schedule? When is the start?
ОтветитьI would enjoy a deeper dive into NZ mast failure.
ОтветитьNothing better, than a day on the water! Plans of sailing from Lake Michigan to Puerto Rico, solo! Talk about a long ride! Gonna have aa breakfast and a sunset stream daily! SSo looking forward to this adventure! Should be setting sail next spring in the Northern Hemisphere! Truly love these boats! Quite incredible to see where boat tech has come since the 80's!
ОтветитьOnly 3 short 10 minutes races!!!
Ridiculous
❤
