I have friends living and working in the UK...and I've heard them talking about each of these aspects so much !! So I think you gave a very accurate insight of the British work culture.

Aside from the labor laws, it sounds like British work culture in many ways is very similar to US work culture. Interesting!

The UK transport infrastructure is third world. Consistently late trains, overcrowding, rip off fares, delays due to 1000 reasons. Traffic jammed roads and never-ending roadworks will make your life a misery. High rent in highly built up areas with crime. Severe problems with parking your car. High cost of living. High fuel costs. Poor air quality. Lots more besides. It is stressful living, bad for your mental and physical health. You will spend your time living to work rather than working to live.
Thinking of going somewhere by car during the weekend? Think again. Weekend roadworks and road closures, jammed up motorways etc will wish you stayed at home because you will either not reach your destination or be very late, tired and stressed out.
The country is very stressful to live in.
A new train link opened recently. It was supposed to be state of the art, new tried and tested signalling system, new trains, new tracks, the biggest transport infrastructure project in Europe. However, this new line is struggling to be on time due to signal failures, broken down trains, power failures and overcrowding. Disaster zone, and it's even worse in the poor North.

Any workers if you work in a British company or firm you are going to be paid fairly rather than others including Asians who will never pay you fair wages & there are 90% chances of exploitation with any old greedy, corrupt and selfish passport holders

Working conditions and quality of life are a LOT better in the UK. A lot of workers rights are set in law, like 28 days leave, sick pay, maternity leave, etc. Most places now also offer flexible working hours on top of that. Employers cannot stop you attending medical appointments during the working day either.

The Racial Employment Reality of Scotland

I am a mixed race person I have moved to Scotland three months ago to find out Scottish people are very racist in terms of Employing anyone who are not White Scottish.

Again in Scotland they do not employ anyone who are not White and Scottish. I've had jobs interviews and as soon as the Scottish companies see the colour of my skin, they don't hire me.
Moreover, there are No black players in the National Scottish Football Team and every single company, shops, supermarkets, bus drivers, train staff in Scotland are all White and Scottish.

Racially speaking every company operating in Scotland put on the job application form. We are committed to Equality and Diversity. Warning this one the most perfect example people from Scotland can be dishonest and manipulative.

They use false statements that are Not truth to their beliefs.

Even Germany where once was ruled by Adolf Hitler is a million times more diverse than Scotland.
The truth is. In Scotland they are Not committed Equality and Diversity but are too embarrassed to admit it !

Scotland should change its country name to the White Country to suit what they stand for their own White Supremacy mentality.

The English employment market from a racial point of view is the most open, whereas the Scottish, Northern Irish Welsh I highly recommend anyone who are non-white to be careful because racial discrimination.
