Um, how can I make a button which I press it and the bot will send embed message and the message I wrote?

I have a question. Is there a way that when a user clicks the button. It sends a message to a different channel but has the id of the person who clicked it.

how can i make it so that it when u click on the reaction role... it adds then if u have the role already and u click again it deletes it?
