Have this box already.. I like it at first until its software update... The power off option they removed it.. so annoying now you can't turn it off... it only offer RESTART, SCREENSHOT and pressing power button will only make the box sleep or in standby mode..

Our control broke so I use my phone with the android remote app. I had to update the mibox and my phone got disconnected. It says something about Sling and about being able to watch 25 channels for the day. The android remote app can't connect unless the whole thing is loaded, it shows all the recommendations and apps, but I can't get there without getting out of the Sling message and pressing continue. So, I don't know. It might be the batteries in the remote that don't work, or because it doesn't withstand many drops onto the floor.

Does anyone know how to REconnect the remote

Hello, I have Xiaomi Mi Box 4 and Bluetooth does not work on the set-top box, so it does not see the remote control.

Any ideas on why my mi box won't connect to my Xiaomi mi 9t pro? It just says something went wrong you can still set up your TV manually.... after copying my account ....

Save your money. This was agonizing to connect. It’s stopped working again. Get a msg no WiFi but Roku, iPad etc working fine thru WiFi. I’ve rebooted my router and the mi box over and over. I’ve given up 😡

@Xiaomi, i factory reset my tv box 3, but the remote doesnt respond in the initial setup (press and hold back and o buttons). I then bought a replacement remote hoping to get pass through the initial setup, but is unsuccessful. Any help?

Need some info. Is MI BOX 3 is having HDCP 2.2 . I am asking this that i have heard a Lot about issues related to 4K streaming of Netflix on Mi Box. It was Told that Mi BOX was not having proper HDCP version.

Please help to confirm have you been able to play 4 K Content from Netflix, using Mi Box.

Please also help to confirm how to confirm HDCP for Mi Box and Mi TV 55 Inch 4K TV.
