In my experience playing Pyramid head, I’d say his greatest weakness is using Rites of Judgement to excess.

Don’t use it every chance you get, it will waste valuable time. Prepare Rites if you anticipate the survivor running through a pallet or window or hallways, but don’t fire until you’re certain it’s their only choice. At the worst you’ve laid down more trail, which is still an advantage.

If you blind the team and manage to cage other survivors, you can watch as they scramble looking for their teammate that has been sent somewhere on the map while blinded. Absolutely horrid

Just started dipping into pyramid head I usually main nemesis and artist and more and more as I am getting into these really sweaty matches against swfs more and more I notice how much they will try to prevent you getting that hook whether it's flashlights, body blocking or sabotage they will will throw everything at you and while I do have nemesis build that is good at countering this play the really good teams will see this and start to adapt and spread out more and focus more on gens and spreading me out . I'm hoping pyramid head can be a good option and one of my tops so this guide was helpful thank you

I tend to not use my cage at all, instead opting to allow all survivors of to become tomented, un-caging someone allows someone else to become untormented. so I prefer to just wait for the final judgement on second hook when it works

You forgot one thing in your when to cage part in the vid.

Obviously you can and probably should cage in a situation where you know that the survivor will escape from your back if you try to hook them or if you know that there isnt a hook in your current location.

I think one of my biggest gripes when playing him is that survivors would rather take a hit than step on his barbed wire

Got this killer yesterday, both happy and weirded out that this happened to be the very first video in my recommendations.

Is it possible to kill the surviver only if u had them 2 times in a cage or is it possible to kill him if he was 2 times on a hook and then was tormented and downed?

Wait so i could make the hooks go on the other side of the map to stop the other survivors to rescue them ?

Its a stretch because I like what i like.. Pyramid Head with all Undetectable perks seems too work aight lmao.. I catch people slipping almost all the time and they know im there

i just bought pyramid head and the first game i only got three hooks,no kills.I was honestly devestated cuz i love the killer but suck at it. I was an oni main and wanted to try smth new so i hope this video is carved in my brain and will help me on my next game

I love using POTD on survivors working on gens from behind walls. They never expect it and it’s an easy free hit.

I didn't know that this killer has a range attack ability.

Note: When I played him the first time before watching this clip and I won my first match where I managed to kill all 4 survivours (btw: none of them were bots).

I just realized you can insidious camp extremely well with pyramid Head

Literally had my best game ever as I was watching and pausing this video. Mostly because I got super lucky with an across the map stalk with his unique perk. Using Insidious after kicking a gen after a long chase, three people healing by each other gave me a visual cue, and I managed to hit all three as they finished healing the last survivor of the trio, then promptly slugged two as they ran around like chickens.
