Praise God for these videos. You would think that I should be a pro by now in APA and MLA required citations and references, however, here I am still trying to get it right. lol. I am finishing up my bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries and Psychology my theology classes are in Turabian style and my psychology classes are in APA every professor is so different. Right now my professor in Psychology is tough. I am trying to make all A's but it isn't helping that I am getting points off for not citing correctly. Are you still available for some tutoring?
ОтветитьThanks! I’m back in college after 10 years. I aced 1301 back then, but I just needed some brushing up for 1302 (8 week) semester.
Ответитьthank
youuuuu
so lucky to have found you..thank you so much
ОтветитьAfter having trouble with how to use APA, I was recommended by one of my friends to watch your video. Thank you so much for sharing your idea🤝
ОтветитьThank you so much ❤
Ответитьkeep being you. the videos are super helpful
ОтветитьI do have a question for you! How do you add a reference for online lectures (for an online class)? I keep getting told to correct it and I keep messing up without any help on how to do it correctly other than one single example that offers absolutely no details on what the example even consists of.
ОтветитьThank you so much it's my last year in college.
Ответитьbless thank you
ОтветитьHi Chelsea! Would you happen to know to cite a policy memorandum? Like, a Govn pm for example. That info is listed nowhere lol.
Ответитьthanks for making this video but after watching it i still didn't get the difference between citation and reference. i recommend you can simply show in a real life paper, this is citation and this is reference and i wouldve gotten it in seconds, instead of trying to explain it much, just point let us see the real thing and then ur explanation of it would make sense
Ответитьyes it was very helpful. Has been a long time since I've wrote a paper.
ОтветитьVery easy to understand!!

ОтветитьI'm in awe of your ability to explain how-to's. I'm old enough to be your grandmother and earning my masters in English. I feel so fortunate to have come across your tutorials. Keep it up.
Ответитьlove her she has done me justice as I start graduate studies now using APA Style.
ОтветитьThis was extremely helpful. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьThanks for these great videos. I provide titles and links number of them on my English 111 course page for the benefits of students. They like the easy-to-understand way the material is presented in an upbeat way. For student papers, I've been teaching that APA has gotten rid of the date in the "Retrieved from" statement; however, there are exceptions listed in the 7th edition manual. The Purdue OWL says to use it, but typically, I would say not to use the date of the research. The guiding principle seems to be whether the source material is fixed and enduring (doesn't change), or if the material is on a site that changes or is updated. Keep up the great videos, I've learned a lot from them and willingly share them each semester to enlighten struggling freshmen word warriors.
ОтветитьThank you again, your videos are extremely helpful.
ОтветитьThank you very much, you are awesome!!
