I'm currently trying to get some joints to work in animation mode in fusion 360. How did you get the gears to spin? Everything I've read led me to believe that this isn't possible unyet your video show otherwise. Great job BTW.
ОтветитьHi ImmersedN3D LLC Yes, for creating gears, there is a scripted called SuprGear under File/Scripts... that I used for this example. I have found that the script can make a gear with up to about 40 teeth.
ОтветитьHi ***** this was designed and modeled in Fusion 360. I used the provided script called SuprGear (found under File/Scripts...). The gears are fairly basic, but do model good teeth. From there, I used the sketch tools to subtract out the sides and add holes. I also added some fillets to complete the gears.
ОтветитьWas this designed in Inventor and imported? If done in Fusion 360, any tips on best approaches. I am using the provided JavaScript add-in to build gears in F360 but everything else seems pretty much manual compared to the extensive gear functionality in the Inventor Pro product.
ОтветитьAre there any gear production functions or addons available for fusion yet? Or did you model the gears yourself? I'm looking for a way to easily build geared machines for 3d printing.
