Fill ACF Choices fields from an ACF Options Page using comma-separated text or repeater field

Great tutorial!
One question, if I have to add another options repeater with title and option name, do I have to create the dedicated code each time? How can I do to have everything with one code and then not use the if condition based on the repeater_title? If I have 10 items to insert each time I have to match on the code. Thank you so much.

If you update the values in the options page I'm guessing the value update doesn't cascade through to the ACF select field in the post where that value was chosen? I was looking at this as a possible solution to pulling prices through into a Loop based on CPT 'Packages' but with prices stored in an options page as there are only 4 price variants but each of the 4 prices could be associated with multiple packages so easier to just update the 4 prices in an options page.

my global options page is gone after updating to latest version of acf. any clue?
