Anything short of a 10 for this dlc is just plain wrong. This dlc was absolutely brilliant, with many compelling moments, themes, music, and characters. Truly incredible. The only issue with it is that Rollo was nowhere to be found in the story. Everything else was gold
ОтветитьYou could write Nintendo on a dog turd and IGN would give it 10 out of 10
Ответитьjust want a big war is that to hard to ask
Ответитьviva la ree-ziss-tawn-say!!!!!
ОтветитьThought it was pronounced Frankia maybe spelt (Francia). When did it become Francia?
ОтветитьIve never played previous Ac games, but man this game got me more interested in viking history. . Like any other game, ive never been interested in side quests. For me the story, scenery, atmoshere, and gameplay makes this game brilliant.
ОтветитьOne thing this guy leave out is how about how accurate this ancient map is ? And the actual historical aspect of walking through the actual place and reliving history ? He left that part out
ОтветитьAt my level this will not be a problem
ОтветитьIGN is run of the mill at best. Whine and Cry about everything.
ОтветитьWhat is a better dlc this one or wrath of the druids?
ОтветитьThe saddest thing about ac are the people who are living in the past and who are blind to appreciate this masterpiece
ОтветитьCrazy no one likes this game
It’s fantastic
It’s pronounced frankia
ОтветитьGota admit the viking theme is badass af
ОтветитьLol you were complaining about how francia looks the same as England.
But the North of France and the Central/Southern England can actually look identical irl…
Ok so a harder enemy that takes skill to beat is bad. Didnt know that. Another reason why game journalists cant be trusted
ОтветитьHow many hours would it take to finish this dlc
ОтветитьIs anyone else bothered by the way he says...Francia??
Ответитьayt wont buy any of em and wait for the new one
Ответить"Fran-Kura" not "Fran-Sia"
ОтветитьHe says the combat is enjoyable... what a joke.
ОтветитьThe seige of paris story and dialogue definitely contradict the regular storyline. Shoulda played it last.
ОтветитьYou know siege of Paris isn’t the last expansion right? There’s gonna be a year 2 for Valhalla.
ОтветитьIt's "Frank-ia"
ОтветитьFranshia?
Ответить“Compulsive box checking.”
My favorite kind of box checking.
If this game had another 20-30% of story depth in it, it would be an all time classic
ОтветитьAC: Valhalla IS THE BEST AC YET. WHY DONYOU WANT TO SNEAK AROUND THE PLACE? Being a Viking is more fun.
ОтветитьIgn 6 = reality 4
ОтветитьDam 🤦🏾♂️ I'm not impressed once again 😕
ОтветитьUbisoft ripped off The Witcher 3 and Dark Souls, Valhalla looks like a mix of the two.
ОтветитьMeh what threats a heavy cavalry when you are a sekiro master..
ОтветитьThe whole damn game was a whisper rather than a shout. It had so many bugs, you'd need an exterminator to fix them.
ОтветитьThe Plague is actually really well done in the world building, the dirty streets and sewers, red x’s on doors to the bodies piled up, there’s so much to it but reviewers don’t notice cause they just want to blow through the contents and be the first to put out reviews
ОтветитьThis DLC just shows nobody gives two shits about Paris and its history..
ОтветитьShame we had the crap option for the romance. Toka is far better Pierre.
ОтветитьIm lig disgusted in this game, its terrible. Im gonna play ac unity to make me sane again cause wtf?
ОтветитьFrancia during the 9th century was going through a decline down to the civil wars between the Frankish kings who were descendants of Charlemagne. Much of dark age Francia revolved around villages and churches that were well stocked with the most ornate reliquaries and gifts from the local populace.
Power had shifted from the central authority of the western Francia king to the local Dukes who were military commanders and governors of the respective provinces. Hence, fortifications were built to house the elite and the peasantry covered the vast swaths of Frankish land, farming and tilling the land, rearing livestock etc....
If you are looking for large medieval towns, no you really aren't going to find much of them. Life pretty much centered around probably a local market along with a well built church that is often used as a rallying point for Frankish soldiers to assemble and hold a local position during a Viking attack during the 9th century.
Only in the 10th and 11th century, we start to see wooden fortifications like the Motte and Bailey which are formidable anti Viking forts that easily staved off surprise attacks. Also in the 10th and 11th century, the Franks were heavily militarized and started to put most resources into an elite small band of fighters that are the proto type of the medieval knights who would strike with great mobility and also are trained from birth. Power by then had shifted entirely to the dukes in France as the budding of the medieval era began right in France herself.
So for the 9th century, you can't expect much from a Francia DLC to have ancient Egypt like architecture and grandeur. Basically Francia or Western Europe was rather poorly populated and life was down to a mere simplicity since the fall of the western Roman Empire where the Franks had moved in, taking the reins of power and assimilating with the Gallo Romans in France. The rest is history.
This game was still better than odyssey
ОтветитьUbisoft should get back to AC roots else we are not playing it
ОтветитьIt might not be perfect but it was an okay experience
ОтветитьFrankea.
ОтветитьThis game is a downgrade from origins.
ОтветитьCan we get a real AC game
ОтветитьWhy do they insist on using the eivor that 80% of the players dont use
ОтветитьNot buying another Assassin's Cash-grab again. Done with ubisoft entirely. 40 GB updates on a 40 GB game was the last straw.
ОтветитьAC is becoming so lazy. Probably won't be buying another one unless it switches up drastically.
ОтветитьAssassin's creed games never look this beautiful for me lol always pop ins and flat grounds
