Installing Debian 7 into VirtualBox 5.0

This is a step by step demonstration installing Debian 7 into VirtualBox 5.0. You can download Debian from here (or another popular mirror): http://mirrors.rit.edu/debian-cd/8.7.1/i386/iso-dvd/debian-8.7.1-i386-DVD-1.iso

VirtualBox runs on Linux, Windows, and Mac. You can download from Virtualbox.org. Make sure to download both VirtualBox and the Extension Pack.

Different versions of linux can also work with this video including Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, Kali, and others.
