I think Hades stole the show. When I think of watching this movie, it's not really to watch Herc and Meg win; it's to watch Hades be himself.

Fun fact: They switched Hades and Hera's roles in the story. In the actual myth of Heracles, Hera was the villain, she even tried to conquer Olympus, but Hades was actually helpful with Heracles's tasks including taming Cerberus

Little fun fact here, guys. Hades was the first born son of the Titan Cronos, meaning that ruling Olympus was pretty much his birth right. But he got the short end of the stick because Zeus was the guy who killed Cronos, and everyone wanted him to rule. They settled this by literally drawing straws. Guess who got the short end?
